IS&T has resolved the issue of users not being able to access shared network drives. Users are asked to restart their computer in order to see the issue is resolved. IS&T has successfully resolved the inability to access shared network drives. Users are asked to restart their computer in order to see the issue is resolved. Investigating
IS&T is currently investigating reports of issues with accessing network shared drive. Users are receiving the following error message:"An error occurred while reconnecting I:. Microsoft Windows Network: The local device name is already in use.
This connection has not been restored." Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.
