The university’s network fiber service provider will perform emergency maintenance to campus network fiber infrastructure during the maintenance timeframes listed below. During these timeframes, Internet service interruptions may occur affecting both on-campus Internet use and access to resources hosted on-campus. Access to applications such as PAWS as well as sign-on to applications such as iCollege and email could experience intermittent interruption during these timeframes. Please plan accordingly.

From Sun., Feb. 26 at 11 p.m. to Mon., Feb. 27 at 6.a.m.
From Mon., Feb. 27 at 11 p.m. to Tues., Feb 28 at 6.a.m.
From Sun., Mar. 5 at 11 p.m. to Mon., Mar. 6 at 6 a.m.

Resolved - IIT resolved the Faculty/Staff Outlook Web App error. Faculty/Staff please refresh your internet browsers to access your Faculty/Staff email accounts online. Contact IIT Technology Service Desk by phone 404-413-4357(HELP) or email help@gsu.edu to report any additional problems or concerns regarding email.

Investigating - Instructional Innovation and Technology is currently investigating reports of Faculty/Staff unable to access Outlook Web App online. Affected users are receiving a Reference Number error message on their browser. As a work around, please use your Microsoft Outlook Client to access emails until web app issue is resolved.
