WordPress Maintenance is scheduled to take place starting Thursday July 30 at 9:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Friday July 31.

During this time there may be limited and/or loss of access to www.gsu.edu and all related sub-sites (colleges, schools, department, etc.) including catalog.gsu.edu. The interruption will occur during the service window but is expected to only last 60 seconds while services are restarted.

System administrators will monitor the reboot in order to mitigate any further interruption.

Scheduled - The Numara/Footprints ticketing system will be unavailable on Sunday July 26 between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. During this time the ticketing system will not be accessible in order to perform the maintenance that is needed.

This will result in tickets not being able to be created manually nor by email, as well as tickets not being able to be updated or reviewed during the maintenance period.

Identified - Engineers have determined that this issue may be related to a recent update to the service and are currently working to revert the update. Affected users are unable to connect to the Exchange Online service when using multiple protocols including Outlook, Outlook Web App (OWA), Exchange Active Sync (EAS), and Exchange Web Services (EWS). Affected users may also experience delays when sending and receiving messages.

Investigating - IS&T is currently investigating reports of issues with PAWS. Some students may experience a blank dashboard and the inability to view their account information through PAWS. As a temporary workaround, please log onto GoSolar instead with campusid and password to access your account information. Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.
