Identified - IIT Network Engineering has confirmed with our service provider an intermittent issue currently affecting a limited group of phone numbers across Decatur and Lakeside Perimeter College Campus. Users are reporting they are receiving a system message that the number is unavailable when called from outside the University. Affected users are able to make outbound calls at this time.

Due to system consolidation for the GSU/GPC merger, all student related systems (PAWS, GoSOLAR, WebXtender and DegreeWorks) will be unavailable from Thursday, June 30th, 8 AM through Sunday, July 3rd at 5 PM.

Identified - Georgia Power is aware of and working on the power issue at the Perimeter College Decatur Campus. The issue is impacting all buildings and all IT services. The Status Page will be updated with an estimated time for restoration of service from Georgia Power when it becomes available.

Scheduled - This scheduled maintenance will affect the ITT Software Download site (gsu.onthehub.com) on Tuesday June 14th starting at 7:00 AM . This maintenance window is expected to last no more than 2 hours. During this time, the WebStore will be placed in 'maintenance mode' and will display a message indicating that the WebStore is temporarily unavailable to the end user.
