Resolved - The issue of users not being able to delegate mailbox and calendar access or modify distribution groups when using Outlook desktop client has been resolved. At the end of last week, Microsoft engineers developed a fix and deployed the fix across the affected capacity to remediate end-user impact. Identified - Microsoft is currently working on a permanent fix to resolve the issue of users not being able to delegate mailbox and calendar access or modify distribution groups when using the Outlook desktop client. As a workaround, users are asked to use Outlook Web App (OWA) online access when attempting to delegate mailbox and calendar access. Additional updates will be posted on status.gsu.edu when a permanent fix has been applied.

Scheduled - PantherCard Access will be offline today, 10/24, between 4:00 - 4:30 PM.  This may affect some users from being able to swipe their cards for door access across campus.  Please contact the IS&T Help Center if you have any questions at 404-413-4357.

Resolved - Patrons are now able to use Pharos Web Release (mobileprint.gsu.edu) when printing multiple copies and will be properly charged for the number of pages printed. Please contact IS&T Help Center by email help@gsu.edu or 404-413-4357(HELP) to report any additional problems or concerns.

Identified - At this time, IS&T is requesting for patrons to not use Pharos Web Release (mobileprint.gsu.edu) when printing multiple copies. The user will not be charged correctly for those multiple prints.

Pharos is currently working with IS&T to resolve the issue. Additional updates will be posted here once issue is resolved.
