Resolved - The call volume to GSU phone line system is back to normal. All users should be able to successfully complete outbound and inbound calls to GSU 404-413-xxxx. Please contact IS&T Help Center to report any additional problems at 404-413-4357(HELP) or email help@gsu.edu.

Monitoring - At this time IS&T is monitoring the GSU phone system lines. Effective Tuesday August 18, all users have been able to make outbound calls and nearly all inbound calls to GSU 404-413-xxxx numbers have been able to successfully complete. For the remainder of the week, IS&T will continue to monitor the call volume during this peak time of year.

Investigating - At this time, GSU phone lines (404-413-XXXX numbers) are experiencing a high influx of calls. Intermittent calls from external numbers are not completing to GSU numbers and GSU users are unable to make external calls on an intermittent basis and receiving a busy tone.

Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.

We will monitor all lines until call volume has decreased.

Resolved - Edublog vendors were able to successfully resolve the outstanding issue with sites.gsu.edu. Please contact IS&T Help Center at help@gsu.edu or 404-413-4357(HELP) to report any additional questions or concerns.

Investigating - IS&T is currently investigating reports of problems with sites.gsu.edu and users are not able to access their sites. Engineers are working with vendor to resolve the issue. Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.

Resolved - On Tuesday August 18 at approximately 6:44pm, multiple GSU campus buildings experienced a utility power failure, affecting some network services. Utility power has since been restored and network services have returned to normal, IS&T will now close this incident as all systems are running as expected.

Resolved - IS&T has been informed that Kivuto has resolved the DNS error issue and service should now be returned for accessing the site. Please contact the IS&T Help Center at 404-413-HELP (404-413-4357) if you are still having any issues accessing gsu.onthehub.com.

Identified - IS&T has been informed that Kivuto is currently experiencing a DNS error from one of its providers which is causing temporary website access issues. Kivuto is actively working with the provider to resolve the issue and will inform us when this DNS issue has been resolved.
