Identified - Microsoft is currently working on a permanent fix to resolve the issue of users not being able to delegate mailbox and calendar access or modify distribution groups when using the Outlook desktop client. As a workaround, users are asked to use Outlook Web App (OWA) online access when attempting to delegate mailbox and calendar access. Additional updates will be posted on status.gsu.edu when a permanent fix has been applied.
