Resolved - The Avaya voice mail system was restored to service on August 2, 2017 at 7:30 am. There have been no new reports related to this issue. IIT will continue to monitor Avaya services. Avaya users should receive email instructions on resetting their voicemail accounts. If you are an Avaya user and are still experiencing issues setting up your voicemail after following the instructions provided, please contact the Help Center at 404-413-4357.
