Scheduled - Please be advised that Internet Native Banner (INB), Web for Faculty, Web for Student, Degree Works, Workflow and PAWS will be unavailable due to maintenance from Friday, November 21st, 6:00 PM until Monday, November 24th, 11:59 PM.

The system will be unavailable all day Monday, November 24, 2014.

The system will again be available on Tuesday, November 25th at 12:01 AM.
Monitoring - IS&T restored the authentication server to connect to Campus Wireless Network (CatChat 2x) and will continue to monitor the issue throughout the rest of the day. Users may need to forget the Catchat 2x wireless network, then power the device on/off to successfully connect again. Investigating - IS&T is currently investigating reports of issues with the Campus Wireless Network (CatChat 2x). Users are not able to authenticate on Catchat2x using their campusid and campusid password. Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.

Resolved - Microsoft engineers have deployed a fix and confirmed the fix as a valid solution. Users should be able to access their mailbox via Outlook Web App(OWA). Please contact IS&T Help Center by phone 404-413-4357(Help) or email help@gsu.edu to report any additional problems.

Investigating - Microsoft is investigating the issue of some users experiencing intermittent failure when accessing their mailbox via Outlook Web App (OWA). Error message states "Something went wrong. Please try again later. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk." At this time, we ask for those users to attempt to log on again and accessing your mailbox may be successful. Please continue to check here for any updates on when the issue has been resolved.

As a work around, please access your Office 365 email by going to website outlook.com/gsu.edu. Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.
