Investigating - Scope of Impact Users may be unable to access shared mailboxes from Outlook on the web. Users may receive a “Something Went Wrong repeated redirects” error message.
As a workaround users can access their shared mailboxes from the Outlook desktop client and Outlook mobile to avoid this issue.
Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue where some Webex recordings are not being automatically transferred to Kaltura. The vendor is aware and is working to resolve this incident as quickly as possible. If you have Webex recordings that were not automatically transferred, you can manually download the recording from Webex and upload it into Kaltura using the following guides:
On April, 19th, 2024 beginning at 10:00pm the production instance of Servicenow will undergo a full version upgrade from “Utah” to “Vancouver”. During the upgrade no logon access is available to staff, please plan accordingly. Self-Service users should not see any impact and will be able to continue to access self-service as normal. Following the completion of the upgrade the system will have moderate testing of its core components.
Once a successful upgrade has been verified, we will update the maintenance notice to completed successfully. Although we do not anticipate issues from the upgrade, it is good practice for team members to log in at this time to verify access and test any specific functionality.
