Investigating - Instructional Innovation and Technology(IIT) have received reports from customers opening Outlook using Safari browser on MacOS. Upon doing so the browser continuously downloads a token factory iframe file.

Our teams are actively investigating and researching the issue. We will provide updates as they become available.

In the interim, we recommend using an alternate browser to access Outlook on the web.

Investigating - Instructional Innovation and Technology (IIT) is currently investigating issues with users connecting to some Cisco AnyConnect VPN addresses. We are working with the vendor to identify a cause and will provide updates once a solution is available.

Monitoring - Our Vendor has completed the corrective actions to restore service and internal testing suggests the issue has cleared. All calls to the student facing Contact Centers for Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid are completing as normal. IIT will continue to monitor the service.
