On December 1st, 2023 starting at 10:00pm the production instance of Servicenow will undergo a full version upgrade from “Tokyo” to “Utah”. During the upgrade no logon access is available to staff, please plan accordingly. Self-Service users should not see any impact and will be able to continue to access self-service as normal. Following the completion of the upgrade the system will have moderate testing of its core components.

Once a successful upgrade has been verified we will update the maintenance notice to completed successfully. Although we do not anticipate issues from the upgrade, it is good practice for team members to log in at this time to verify access and any specific functionality.
