Network and phone issue has been isolated and resolved, but the 100 Auburn building located downtown is the ONLY building still affected. Please contact IIT Technology Service Desk by phone at 404-413-4357(HELP) or email help@gsu.edu.

IIT is currently investigating the reports of issues with our GSU campus network and phone issues which also affects IIT Service Desk's ability to answer support calls at this time. During this time, we recommend for your questions or concerns to be submitted via email to help@gsu.edu. Our team will address your submitted email request as soon as possible.
