Scheduled - Vendor will be updating the Kivuto(ELMS) platform on Thursday, March 27th, between 6:00 and 9:00 AM EDT as part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience.

Maintenance is expected to last no more than Three hours. During this time, the Kivuto WebStore will be placed in "maintenance mode" and will display a message indicating that your WebStore is temporarily unavailable to the end user.

Scheduled - Power maintenance will be performed at the Clarkston Data Center on March 22nd.

In preparation for this work, services hosted at the Clarkston Data Center will be temporarily shut down starting at 7:00 AM.

This includes CBORD (door access), Dentrix, and network connectivity for the Clarkston, Decatur, and Newton campuses. Vendor has communicated that the power outage will last about an hour.

We anticipate all services to be back online within 2 hours of power restoration and will provide real-time updates as network services and applications become available.

Please contact Public Safety at 404-413-3333 if there are issues with door access during this time.

Scheduled - We want to inform you of important maintenance on Thursday, March 20th 2025, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. This maintenance is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the security, stability and performance of the PantherCard system.

What to Expect:
During the maintenance window, PantherCash and PantherPrint accounts will be inaccessible in some locations. However, many services will function normally, albeit in an offline state.

The following services will function normally during the maintenance window:
PantherCash at parking
Door access control, all campuses
Meal plans at dining halls

The following services will be down during the maintenance window:
PantherCard production
PantherCash via Mobile Ordering
PHIL machines (copy card machines in libraries)
PantherPrinting (computer labs)

You may need to clear your Chrome browser history before login.

If you received the errors below when trying to log on to Banner, they are not Banner related.

If you receive the “HTTP Status 404 – Not Found” error, please clear your browser history for ALL Times.

If you receive the “BAD Gateway” error, please check your internet connection. Users who connect to the Internet with a docking station may need to submit a Help Ticket to request an install for updated drivers. Until then, you need to use WIFI to connect to the Internet before logging on to Banner.

If you received the "403 Forbidden" error when trying to access Banner pages in Banner AppNav,
please make sure the browser is setup to ALLOW popup blockers AND third-party cookies.

To allow third-party cookies in Chrome, go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data, then ensure "Block third-party cookies" and "Block all cookies" are not selected.
