Kivuto will be undergoing maintenance on Wednesday-September 7th between 4:30pm - 6:30pm. During this time, the Kivuto will be placed in 'maintenance mode' and will display a message indicating that Kivuto is temporarily unavailable so users will not be able to use the service during this time.

Monitoring - The University is currently experiencing extremely high call volume this morning and some users are reporting they are receiving busy signals. IIT is currently monitoring the situation and adjusting numbers, as appropriate.

We encourage all Faculty & staff to review and use dialing plan below that can now be used to contact all departments and reach out to colleagues across campuses. This will help us keep our phone lines open for Students and other calls from off campus.

Scheduled - IIT Networking has worked with the service provider in regards to the intermittent inbound dialing issues. The service provider will be performing emergency maintenance to their hardware tonight between 11 PM -1 AM early Wednesday morning, 8/17/16. During this period some or all service may be interrupted while maintenance is happening.

GSU Police Lines 404-413-3333 & 404-413-2100 will NOT be affected.
