Please be aware that on Sunday Nov. 25th, 2018 starting at 2:00 p.m. the production instance of ServiceNow will undergo a full version upgrade from “Jakarta” to “Kingston”. During the upgrade no logon access is available to staff, please plan accordingly. Self-Service users should not see any impact and will be able to continue to access self-service as normal. Following the completion of the upgrade the system will have moderate testing of core components.
