On Friday, 5/3, starting at 6 p.m. and possibly taking up to 4 hours, IT and Digital Strategy will be working on switching the site-wide WordPress login from an LDAP to a SAML login configuration. During this time users may experience issues logging in, and anyone who still has a “local” login will need to contact Digital Strategy and have them switched to their all-purpose GSU login. Once the switch has occurred, most users will be able to login to their WordPress account like they normally would.
If any user has trouble logging in after the time frame listed, please contact support at https://gsu.uservoice.com, click on “Contact support,” and under the option “What can we help you with?” select “Users (add, delete, update)”. We will need the user name, site(s) they are having trouble logging into, and any other pertinent information concerning this issue.
