Resolved
The Board of Regents confirms they have resolved the database connection issue that caused system interruptions to Desire2Learn from approximately 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m. and from approximately 5:50 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 9. Please contact the IS&T Help Center at 404-413-4357(HELP) or email at help@gsu.edu to report any additional problems.
Monitoring
On Tuesday, December 9, the Desire2Learn learning management system was unavailable at the following times:
Approximately 11:00 a.m. to 11:20 a.m.
Approximately 5:50 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The Board of Regents confirms that this interruption occurred systemwide. We are currently closely monitoring the system and coordinating with the Board of Regents to investigate the cause of the issue. We apologize for any interruptions faculty experienced in conducting their courses as a result of this system issue and invite faculty to contact the Center for Instructional Innovation at cii@gsu.edu or 404-413-4700 to explore solutions related to any issues experienced in your course.
