Issues with Office 365 (Fac/Staff) and Panthermail (Office 365 for students) have been resolved. All of the menu options have become available again for users when accessing Office 365 services with web browsers (Outlook Web Access, SharePoint, OneDrive). Investigating
IS&T is currently investigating reports of an issue with Office 365 (Fac/Staff) and PantherMail (Office 365 for students). When accessing Office 365 services with web browsers (Outlook Web Access, SharePoint, OneDrive) some users do not have all of the menu options available to them. The options that are unavailable include access to some of the features from the application button (One Drive, Sites, etc.) as well as not being able to access Office 365 Settings. IS&T is currently working with Microsoft on this issue. Additional information will be posted here when the issue is confirmed.
