The Numara/Footprints ticketing system will be unavailable on Sunday July 26 between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. During this time the ticketing system will not be accessible in order to perform the maintenance that is needed.

This will result in tickets not being able to be created manually nor by email, as well as tickets not being able to be updated or reviewed during the maintenance period.
